FAPEMSO TELLS NDC EXECUTIVES TO SANCTION THOSE WHO EVOKE CURSES IN OKWAHU.

FAPEMSO, the hottest political program on television hosted by CO Sly has called on the hierarchy of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to sanction party members who defied directive of Okwahu Traditional Area to invoke curses within the area.
This comes after the traditional Council indefinitely banned the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from organising party activities of any sort within its jurisdiction.
NDC executives in the Eastern Region including the party’s Regional Communications Officer, Dallas Williams, Sidi Bello, Deputy Regional Youth Organizer and other party officials were recently sighted at River Trado in Nkawkaw, invoking “curses” on persons alleged to have been imported into the region by the NPP to partake in the ongoing voters registration exercise.
According to the council, this amounts to “gross disrespect.” Hence, the order.
The order was communicated on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at a press conference by Nana Akuoku Boateng, the Okwahumanhene Kyeame, (Linguist of the Kwahu Traditional Area), after pouring libation to reverse the “curse”.
According to the Linguist, “…we’ve realized that the NDC party within the Kwahu land does not respect the traditional authority. Consequently, we’ve banned NDC from any party activities in this area. We don’t want to see any NDC flag or poster in the territorial area of Kwahu.”
This FAPEMSO believes does not augur well for nation building and Ghana’s politics and must be punished accordingly to help curtail future occurrence.
